Our mission is to advance mathematics education, research and leadership in our community of students, teachers, and citizens. The Institute will stimulate creative thinking in exceptionally talented students to strengthen their problem solving skills and nurture their enthusiasm and passion for mathematics. The Institute will also enhance the professional development of mathematics teachers in order to improve student achievement through more effective mentorship. An environment rich in mathematics that is strengthened by the use of technology and that focuses on current practices will be facilitated through community events that bring together teachers and experts from all levels of education.
